This style incorporates the 8 limbs of evolving ancient yoga philosophy, her 15 year background in dance and movement, and the lessons experienced in Nature. Her classes incorporate a gentle, meditative flowing yoga that integrates movement and breath to find the stillness and balance within. Rachelle acknowledges and honors the body as a temple of the Divine. She teaches a practice that is complimentary to all levels, and welcomes assisting in each student’s unique yoga journey.
